Menu Planning Worksheet
Pay close attention to whether or not you will be cooking a meal in a cabin with a kitchen or camping with a camp stove when you plan. All lunches are COLD and will be eaten on the trail. It is CRITICAL to your happiness that you plan meals you know how to prepare. We highly recommend you practice cooking your meals at home, ensuring you understand how to follow the directions. It is also CRITICAL to your cooking success that you measure & repackage your food making sure that you do not over or under pack.
Please remember, NO NUTS of any kind!
